Critical Reflection
Module learning Effective Communication was beneficial for me as I was able to interact with my fellow peers more than during the other modules, which improved our relationship as most of us were strangers. The two goals I set at the start of the module were: the first goal is to improve my technical writing skill and the second goal is to improve my public speaking skills. For the first goal, I was able to achieve it as we had a lot of practices regarding various types of technical writings such as summaries, essays, letters, and etc. Therefore, to explain my thoughts in writing this module helped me to understand the depth of this skill, which will be useful for writing reports in the other modules as well as during working life. For my second goal, I did not make much of an initiative to express my thoughts. I didn’t volunteer myself a lot to present our findings during the class activities.
